Hi Everyone,
We have three 'season's throughout the year. Typically winter/spring (Jan. - May), summer (June - Aug.), and fall (Sept. - Nov.).
Our winter/spring season for 2026 begins Sunday, Jan. 19 at La Jolla High School and will continue every Sunday, excluding Easter Sunday, through May 17, 2026.
We play on Sunday mornings from 8:30-10:30am at La Jolla High School (LJHS) or Canyon Hills High School (CHHS).
Cost is typically $120 for the season payable the first day you play (cash or check - made payable to SDFHA). A membership fee may also be required ($20).
We have players of all ages playing with us, from under 18 to over 60. Please read our Code of Conduct and sign before you play (all paperwork is available at the field).
All players must sign-in every Sunday before you play. If you come late, please make sure to sign in.
We have partnered with a field hockey group in Georgia to provide everyone an opportunity to buy SDFHA gear.
We are starting small with the offer of a t-shirt, but hope to expand the offerings in the future.
